Jon Dingley – Chief Executive Officer

Dingley is the Chief Executive Officer and Responsible Officer for CBH Asia Limited and has been with company since the beginning of 1996.

He is part of the Investment Committee and daily responsibilities include the investment management of client portfolios. Other duties include the supervision of risk management, client account operations management and overseeing the business operations covering compliance and regulatory requirements.

He started his career at Deloitte & Touche in South Africa.

Kevin Liem – Chief Investment Officer

Liem is the Chief Investment Officer and Responsible Officer for CBH Asia Limited.

His main responsibilities include the formulisation of global investment strategies and the supervision of the asset management functions of the business, including product due diligence.

Prior to joining CBH Asia Limited, he was a senior analyst with Aetos Capital Asia, an Asia Pacific focused real estate opportunistic investment hedge fund and private equity fund which had assets under management of approximately US$3 billion. He began his investment career as an investment banker with UBS Investment Bank.

Liem is a CFA charter holder, an American Certified Public Accountant (CPA), graduated with a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

In addition to his main role at CBH Asia Limited, he also serves as:

A Professional Education Committee member for Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI), a professional body that is responsible for the examination and education for the securities and investment industry in Hong Kong.

An advisor for HKGolden50, a non-political, non-profit, independent research organisation that publishes research reports to encourage awareness, discussion, research and ownership of the immediate issues that challenge Hong Kong.

Patrick Wong – Compliance Officer

Wong is currently the Compliance Officer of CBH Asia. He joined from the parent company, CBH, following the completion of the acquisition.

Wong is an established professional in the banking and securities industry, having gained 15 years’ experience specializing in compliance issues, treasury and settlement processes, and internal audit and accounting standards with financial instruments and valuation. Mr. Wong is a Certified Public Accountant (Hong Kong/US) and a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).

Wong is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of operations, including compliance, risk management and finance.
